L’Aveu ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time.
For U.S. orders and shipping with L’Aveu, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Orders will process in 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

The order includes your order number, the contents of your order, your shipping address, billing information, and shipping method. The order is your receipt and can be printed for your records.

Include your original proof of purchase, and original L’Aveu product.
Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your return is processed.

Holiday Shipping Notice
Our shipping facility will be closed at times during the holidays. As a result orders placed between 11/21-11/26 will not process until 11/27.
